PROCEDURE

1. REMOVE NO. 1 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT LIGHT ASSEMBLY

(1) Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped with protective tape, disengage the claw.

(2) Disengage the guide and pull out the No. 1 luggage compartment light assembly.

(3) Disconnect the connector to remove the No. 1 luggage compartment light assembly.

1. INSPECT NO. 1 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT LIGHT ASSEMBLY

(a) Apply auxiliary battery voltage to the No. 1 luggage compartment light assembly and check that the light illuminates. OK: Click Location & Routing(R38) Click Connector(R38) Tester Connection Specified Condition R38-2 (B) - Auxiliary battery positive ( ) R38-1 (L) - Auxiliary battery negative (-) Luggage compartment light illuminates If the result is not as specified, replace the No. 1 luggage compartment light assembly.
